Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we'll work with you to find a mutually beneficial solution. The following cancellation policy applies to all our notary services: Deposit Requirement - A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required at the time of booking to secure your notary appointment. - The deposit will be applied to the total notary fee due at the time of service. Notice Period - For cancellations made more than 2 hours prior to the scheduled notary appointment, no additional fee will be charged, but the deposit will be forfeited. - For cancellations made less than 2 hours prior to the scheduled notary appointment, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged, in addition to the forfeited deposit. Exceptions - In cases of extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen events beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule notary appointments. No cancellation fee will be charged. Refund Processing - Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your cancellation request. Changes to This Policy - We reserve the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. By scheduling a notary appointment with us and paying the deposit, you acknowledge that you've read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation policy.
