Cancellation Policy

Notary Nexus & Solutions – General Cancellation Policy By booking any service with Notary Nexus & Solutions (“Provider”), you agree to the following cancellation terms: • All appointments and services must be scheduled in advance and confirmed by the Provider. • To cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty, you must provide written notice at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled service time. • Cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund, and you may forfeit any payments made. • For services requiring a deposit, the deposit is non-refundable unless the Provider cancels the appointment. • The Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to professional conflicts or emergencies; in such cases, you will be offered an alternative appointment or full refund. • Cancellation and refund terms must be clearly stated in the written agreement you receive at the time of booking and acknowledged by your acceptance of services. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. **February Forever Ceremonies – Elopement** Cancellation Policy A $49.50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your elopement date. This deposit will be applied toward your final balance. Due to limited availability, any cancellations made within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled service appointment are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for deposits or any additional payments made within this timeframe. This exclusive promotional pricing is valid only for elopement ceremonies performed in February 2026. Bookings may not be transferred to another date, month, or service outside of this promotional period. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
